We are committed to protecting your privacy and data. We will use the information that we collect about you in accordance with the general data protection regulations 2018 and the privacy and electronic communications regulations 2003.
The Company is a recruitment business which provides work-finding services to its clients and work-seekers. The Company must process personal data (including sensitive personal data) so that it can provide these services – in doing so, the Company acts as a data controller.
You give us your personal information and work history either online or when completing an application form before a face to face interview. We use your information to get you fully compliant and ready for education supply work. We send your information such as C.V.’s and full compliance information (verification form) to schools in relation to providing you with work finding services with your permission. We will contact you via email, telephone and text message. We do not send your data to any other third parties unless we are legally required to do so, such as submissions to HMRC. We securely store all our data with Access Group Ltd who operate our software database. Access to this data is strictly controlled.
We keep your details on our system to contact you with regards to future work and to enquire about your current situation even if you are working elsewhere. We will do this automatically unless you ask us not to via the ‘my profile’ page on your online account or by emailing unsubscribe@firstclasssupply.co.uk. We would then only store the data we are legally required to, such as historical payroll information which is currently required to be kept for 5 years.
