Tomorrow is your last chance to join in this lovely Bear Hunt and Picnic! Join our friends Seven Stories The National Centre for Children’s Books on a very special hunt around the Ouseburn valley, followed by a picnic and story session! Suitable for children aged 4+ and their families, and your own teddy bear too of course! Full details below!

We’re Going On A Bear Hunt… to have a Teddybears’ Picnic!
25th July, 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th August (11am, 12pm, 2pm & 3pm)
We’re celebrating 30 years of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt with a very special hunt around the Ouseburn valley, and a picnic!
Explore with us as we go on an outdoor adventure in search for bears. What will we see? How many will we spot? Join us to find out! After our trip we will settle down on the grass for a picnic and story time (in case of bad weather, picnic will move indoors). Bring your own teddybear if you think they’d like an adventure (not essential). Bring sun cream and come dressed to go adventuring!
Approx. 75 minute event suitable for ages 4+ and their families.
The picnic is included in the ticket price and will contain a range of light snacks with vegetarian, vegan (which includes dairy free) and gluten free options. All food prepared in our kitchen is nut-free. For any other dietary requirements, or in case of severe allergy, please notify us as soon as possible – and at least 48 hours ahead of your visit.
Tickets – £5 per person (children and adults) Event ticket only. Buy a day ticket or annual pass to enjoy the rest of Seven Stories.
