What a lovely idea this is! We here at First Class Supply would love to hear about your favourite memories of the trail too, especially if you have any special memories of our very own Elephish at his home at the Dome! Please do let us know and we’ll pass them on to St Oswald’s who we know would love to hear them! Read on for more info.
They say elephants never forget and neither do our friends at St Oswald’s Hospice, who are forever grateful for the kindness and support from our local community.
This week we are introducing legacy week, so we have been asking the Children and Young Adults Team at St Oswald’s to tell us their favourite memory of the trail so far.
Lauren, Activities Coordinator at St Oswald’s, said: “There’s been so many special memories it’s hard to choose just one! I would have to say that one of the highlights has been taking the children using our service around the North East to hunt for Elmer’s and finding new places around the region. One of the most memorable moments was when we took a brother and sister who use our service out together, it was fantastic to see them out and about in the community together, which is something they’re not often able to do.”
What’s been your favourite memory of the trail so far?
