Currently celebrating over 18 successful years as Educational Supply Specialists (established March 2004), you can be assured that the team at First Class Supply take your supply needs as seriously as you do. We pride ourselves on our exceptional, best value service and the true partnerships we build with our schools.
Our approach is ethical and professional – our success to date has been built on personal recommendation and reputation. Click here for genuine Testimonials from real schools.
All our supply teachers and assistants have been fully vetted and are fully compliant in accordance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies & Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, DfE Statutory Guidance for Schools and Colleges ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ issued September 2016 (updated September 2021) and ‘Childcare Disqualification Requirements – Supplementary Advice’ issued October 2014 (updated February 2015).
Your dedicated consultant will build an excellent relationship with you to ensure that only those supply staff that meet your requirements will be placed in your school, whether for half a day or a full academic year.
As well as offering CONSISTENT best value, we are upfront and honest in our approach. We are not interested in ‘filling a void’, ‘quick fixes’, ‘special introductory offers’ or other gimmicks. Our ethos is simple – to maintain the same exceptionally high standards and best value that has been part of First Class since our inception in 2004.
We are genuinely committed to ‘giving something back’ to our local community and are proud of the real difference we have made to our partner schools – not as ‘one off’ offers, but consistently in recognition of the relationships we have formed.
Our exclusive partnerships with the Newcastle United Foundation, the Newcastle Falcons Community Foundation and the well-respected Seven Stories, the National Centre for Children’s Books, has enabled us to ensure thousands of local school children have enjoyed free, interactive workshops, events and unique sporting experiences. Take a look at our News and Community pages to see our latest community based projects.
As well as ensuring all our supply teachers and teaching assistants are offered regular CPD training, including accredited training, we also able to offer free, accredited courses to your permanent staff.
